减少铝材依赖 保时捷柏林之声400W低音炮将用上氮化镓_我的网站

A |     8月25日消息，近日，保时捷公布一项车载音响创新技术，将氮化镓（GaN）半导体引入柏林之声3D高端环绕音响系统，主要用于400W低音炮功放单元。    这是全球首个计划量产装车的氮化镓车载高端音响方案，预计2027年随新一代保时捷车型正式落地。    The 2025 MAMA Awards is taking place in Hong Kong in a subdued manner. B |          据介绍，氮化镓常见于手机快充头，相比传统硅基芯片，功率转换损耗更低，工作过程发热量大幅下降，用在音响系统上会专门负责400W低音炮的电压转换，输出功率保持不变的前提下，功放散热压力显著降低。    最直观的变化体现在散热硬件上：功放散热器重量可以减少约20%，电容、电感等周边元器件也能够同步小型化，整套功放变得更加紧凑轻巧。    此外，传统功放散热器大量使用铝材，而铝冶炼属于高耗能工艺，应用氮化镓后，散热器减重，直接减少铝材消耗，帮助降低零部件生产环节碳排放，实现减重与可持续的双重目标，对追求轻量化的跑车平台意义突出。         保时捷表示，这次升级核心是提升电源转换效率，并非单纯强化低音音量，更低的热损耗，也意味着车载电能浪费变少。    目前氮化镓仅率先应用在低音炮功放模块，保时捷也正在评估，未来把该半导体技术拓展至车内更多电源转换部件。    保时捷把快充领域成熟的第三代半导体移植到车载Hi-Fi上，也给汽车电子打开新思路，也就是在有限车身空间内实现更高功率、更少材料消耗。
