二 | 郭占峰先生因年龄原因，申请辞去公司第十届董事会董事、公司第十届董事会战略发展委员会委员和公司总经理职务；徐进先生因工作调整原因，申请辞去公司副总经理职务；韩柏青先生因工作调整原因，申请辞去公司总工程师职务。    (ECNS) -- The real threat to Japan's security and regional peace and stability is its reckless attempts to ramp up military buildup and accelerate remilitarization, a spokesperson for the Ministry of National Defense said Friday.     Chen Xi made the remarks at a press conference in response to Japan's recent live-fire test of a Tomahawk cruise missile and a captive-carry test of a new-type missile.        Chen noted that Japan's moves to accelerate the development of offensive weapons are becoming increasingly rampant and perilous, warranting heightened vigilance among regional countries.    "Realities have proved that the Japanese side's so-called 'neighboring security threat' is merely a pretext for breaking free from its pacifist constitution and the ‘exclusively defense-oriented’ policy, and expediting remilitarization," the spokesperson said.    The spokesperson called on the international community to unite and act in concert to contain the rise of Japan's neo-militarism and prevent it from plunging the world into turmoil.    (By Zhang Dongfang)                    。辞职后，郭占峰先生、徐进先生、韩柏青先生不再担任公司其它职务。官网信息显示，新集能源是中国中煤控股、煤电新能源并举的大型能源企业，也是安徽省内四大煤炭企业之一。公司1989年12月开发建设，原为淮南市地方煤矿企业，2007年12月，公司A股在上交所成功上市。2016年9月，公司划入中国中煤管理。截至2023年底，中国中煤持股比例30.31%，国华能源公司持股比例7.59%，安徽新集煤电公司持股比例7.18%，其他社会股东持股比例54.92%；总资产420亿元，公司及受托企业职工总数1.7万余人。
