B | 也就是给电车们组装代工，并且还很希望未来能给特斯拉代工。然而问题也来了，都说隔行如隔山，你富士康一个以组装手机出名的代工厂，人家车企凭啥找你合作啊？就连马斯克在接受《德国商报》采访时，都说过类似嘲讽的话：“ 相比于手机与智能手表，汽车非常复杂。你不能去找富士康这样的供应商说，给我造辆车吧。 ”只不过，和马斯克看衰富士康代工电车不同。富士康创始人郭台铭，则双手插兜 “ 装 ” 起了高手，说到：汽车不过就是四个轮子的 iPhone ，我们既然能造 iPhone ，为啥就不能造电动车？所以这些年富士康整出的这么多车，名字啥的其实并不很重要，重要的是要秀肌肉。这才好告诉全世界的车企们：我，富士康，有能力造电车，电车代工模式可行！赶紧麻溜来和我合作吧！而在马斯克和郭台铭各执一词的情况下，差评君也查了一些资料，准备和大伙们聊一聊富士康代工造车的那些事。首先第一个问题肯定是，像是特斯拉这类的车厂会自建工厂，蔚来、理想则会找江淮、力帆这些传统车企代工。在老师傅林立的车圈儿，是谁给了富士康这么一个电子厂勇气，敢于入局的呢？大伙们可能不知道的是，富士康并不是这两年看到电车火了，才临时决定去掺和一脚的愣头青。富士康开始布局汽车行业的时间，甚至比国内不少造车新势力还早。在 17 年前的 2005 年，他们就收购了安泰电业，安泰电业是中国台湾四大汽车线束制造商之一，福特、大众等汽车公司都是它的客户。在车机电子器件、屏幕、面板等方面，富士康自己就能造，还给特斯拉、奔驰、宝马等车企当过供应商，属于是传统艺能了。它还投资过小鹏这样的新势力、宁德时代这样电池巨头。

C | 甚至在芯片上，富士康还入股了马来西亚的 DNeX 芯片厂。确实是没啥造车经验，但是架不住朋友多不是？所以说，富士康在车圈一直在广撒网。布局早是一回事儿，但差评君觉得，富士康入局造车还有一个重要原因是：比起传统的燃油车，电车的制造生产流程相对简单。

D | 因为一台燃油车的零部件大约高达 3 万件，但电动车只需要燃油车的三分之一左右。其中新能源汽车最核心的三电系统，也就是电池、电机、电控三大系统，市场上出现了不少的供应商和集成品。所以，富士康也像其他车企一样，觉得自己又行了，甚至还推出了自家的造车平台 MIH。

E | 它可以帮你包办车身结构、电子架构、电池和动力总成这些不好设计的东西，让造车的工作变成套娃。客户们想要推出一款新车，只需要关注车机、外观等等底盘以上的东西就行了。他们还把这玩意儿称作是电动车界的 Android。给苹果代工，却准备做电车界的安卓，多少有些黑色幽默了。另外差评君觉得富士康造车，还是有不少的阻力在的。其中一个最重要的，除了这个 MIH 平台，看起来似乎有些说法之外（当然具体好不好用，咱也还不知道），并没有看到其他核心技术。今天手机代工业务上利润低、容易被替代等等的问题，未来也可能会再来一波历史重现。这事啊，看看苹果的代工厂们就知道了。因为缺乏核心技术，苹果拿捏起他们和玩泥巴一样。曾为苹果提供镜头的欧菲光，在被甩之后净利润直接就降了 93% ，还有不少原果链公司被分手之后，直走向了破产。

F | 就算是富士康，去年的手机代工业务净利润也是负的，反观苹果呢，净利润足足有 25.8%，谁是打工人，不用我多说了吧。所以啊，富士康这么着急地想开展造车业务，其实和它的经营现状多少也相关。身为苹果的最大代工厂，虽然名头响亮，营收也是稳中向好，但却不咋赚钱。今年上半年，因为疫情、智能手机销量下跌等等原因，富士康的手机代工业务，甚至还是属于亏损的状况，净亏损达到了两千多万美元。但富士康又多少有点苹果依赖症， 50% 左右的营收和苹果代工业务相关，可以说公司的命运和苹果绑在了一起。

G | 而苹果对供应链的态度大家懂的都懂，活脱脱的一个渣男。为了保证供应链的安全，会不断拉备胎进群和现任互相内卷。其中的代工备胎立讯精密，就从富士康手中抢走了不少单子。为了治疗苹果依赖症，拓展新业务肯定迫在眉睫。况且人家立讯精密，都和奇瑞合作进军造车界了。早早就布局汽车工业的富士康宣布造车，也合情合理吧。而在未来，富士康的目标是到 2025 年左右，能拿到 5% 的市场份额，营收目标大概在 300 亿元。这个手机和电脑市场里的代工霸主，到底能不能在电动车领域开出新花，不得而知。
